Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Social Scientist, the successful candidate will design, implement, and analyze studies using randomized controlled trials and other methods to provide evidence-backed strategies for progressive organizations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Executing quantitative and experimental projects from scoping to analysis and presentation of results
• Maintaining strategic partnerships with member organizations and key stakeholders
• Translating research findings into actionable insights and programmatic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and executing quantitative social science projects
• 1+ years managing the full lifecycle of experimental research
• Extensive knowledge of causal inference, survey methodology, and statistics
• Proficiency in Python or R, with familiarity in SQL
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
