Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Social Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and provide ongoing support for members accessing Long-Term Care
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, assess eligibility, and guide members through the application process
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with government agencies regarding application status

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a professional office and fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service Center
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Medicaid and Long-Term Care
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows operating system
