Social Work Fieldwork Director

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Full-Time Faculty Assistant or Associate Professor and Director of Social Work Fieldwork, this remote position will engage in curriculum development, mentor students and faculty, and coordinate field education processes to enhance student success and program quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and teach online courses within the Social Work programs, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards
• Mentor students and faculty, supporting successful fieldwork placements and collaboration with community partners
• Participate in program development and assessment initiatives to promote continuous improvement and student success

Required qualifications:

• Earned Doctorate (PhD, DSW, or closely related field) in Social Work or a related discipline; ABD candidates may be considered
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited program
• Minimum of two years of post-MSW professional practice experience in social work
• Experience in field education, including supervision and coordination in practicum settings
• Experience teaching in higher education, preferably in online asynchronous modalities
