Social Work Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Term Instructor of Social Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach three to four courses per semester, including introductory and upper-division social work courses
• Engage in curriculum development and modification for distance delivery
• Participate in departmental and university committees and serve as a faculty advisor for student organizations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program
• At least two years of post-MSW professional social work practice experience
• Preferred experience in university-level teaching or training in social work or related disciplines
• Experience working with Alaska Native, Indigenous, or rural populations
• Experience in developing or teaching distance-delivered or online coursework
