Job Summary

A company is looking for a Softeon WMS Support Analyst to support the migration from legacy systems to Softeon WMS in a remote warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support resource for designated functional areas within IT, specializing in Softeon WMS
  • Own production support for assigned system pillars, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate solutions with developers
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and documentation
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Softeon WMS
  • Proven experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with technology installation, configuration, and support
