Softlines Technical Manager

Job Summary

Softlines Technical Manager is a full-time position responsible for providing expert Product Integrity Technical Support, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality in Softline products while facilitating communication between clients and the global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on testing protocols and procedures
• Stay informed of regulatory and compliance requirements and communicate updates to clients
• Assist clients in product specification development and participate in product line reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Textile Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Experience with softlines or hardlines products, particularly in textiles
• Proven experience in product integrity or quality assurance in textiles, footwear, or chemicals
• Familiarity with CPSIA, Prop 65, and other consumer product regulations
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
