Softlines Technical Manager

Job Summary

Providing expert Product Integrity Technical Support, the full-time Softlines Technical Manager will manage client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on testing protocols and procedures to address customer inquiries
• Stay informed of regulatory and compliance requirements, communicating updates to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with clients on product specifications and participate in product development meetings to offer technical recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Textile Chemistry, or a closely related field
• Experience with softlines or hardlines products, particularly in textiles and consumer products
• Proven experience collaborating with industry standards organizations and technical committees
• Demonstrated product integrity or quality assurance experience in textiles, footwear, or chemicals
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
