Job Summary
To support the growth of the Software Account Management team, the full-time remote Software Account Management Associate will engage in outbound sales activities, drive qualified sales opportunities, and enhance SaaS sales skills through a structured 6-month acceleration program.
Key responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach and create qualified sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media engagement
- Deliver compelling messaging to small and mid-market business prospects to influence buying decisions
- Collaborate with SAM leaders to refine sales tactics and demonstrate consistent performance within an evaluation framework
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers across various communication channels
- Ability to manage high volume sales activities and build a sales pipeline
- Willingness to meet clients face-to-face as part of networking and sales success efforts
