Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring success with software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to understand their business objectives and software needs
- Quoting and selling software for targeted clients while serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in developing account strategies to achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6 months+ of enterprise selling experience or software operations experience
- Basic understanding of software products and technology; ability to learn and grow in the software industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to meet sales targets
