Job Summary
Leading strategic partner relationships, the full-time remote Software Alliances Director will drive business development and revenue growth for Workday Wellness by executing joint go-to-market plans and fostering trust with partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage complex partner relationships to deliver substantial revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with business leaders
- Advocate for Wellness partners within the organization and ensure their success
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software as a service companies
- 5+ years of partner account management experience with large and complex deals
- 5+ years of experience in the US healthcare, financial services, or insurance industries
- Proven ability to engage with executives and facilitate business development
- Strong background in software and ERP sales
