Software Application Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with Product Managers and QA Engineers, the full-time remote Software Application Engineer will design and develop products in a metadata-driven environment, troubleshoot customer issues, and mentor team members through various collaborative activities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate on functional design and requirements analysis with Product Managers and QA Engineers
- Design and develop products using an object-oriented framework and class modeling
- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and participate in pair programming and code reviews
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with UML, web application development, or SaaS technologies
- 4+ years of experience in design and development using an object-oriented language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing business applications
- 4+ years of experience with software performance design and analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; active TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred
