Software Application Training Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of training programs, the full-time Software Application Training Consultant will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff while leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business unit goals
• Evaluate training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to ensure business objectives are met
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing system proficiency and issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) preferred
