Software Application Training Consultant

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training solutions, the full-time remote Software Application Training Consultant will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring effective application usage and enhancing end-user proficiency while supporting organizational initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content, including curricula and training aids, while evaluating training effectiveness and aligning objectives with business goals
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and upgrades, addressing system issues and optimizing training delivery methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and implement solutions that enhance stakeholder engagement and performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
• Proven ability to manage training programs and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
