Software Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Architect to lead their Software team in the Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex software development initiatives and ensure effective team coordination
• Mentor team members and manage project processes while maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Oversee code quality, maintainability, and resource allocation among team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in software development
• Experience with Java Spring, Microservices, and related frameworks
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, relational databases, and ITSM tools
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and web service integration
