Software Architect, Mobile Applications
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for the company's enterprise commercial platform, the full-time Software Architect, Mobile Applications will oversee the architecture and delivery of a mobile-first experience, ensuring the application is fast, reliable, and offline-capable while managing distributed engineering resources in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture across web, mobile, services, and data application structure on Azure
- Lead the mobile strategy and delivery, including cross-platform application architecture and offline-first data synchronization
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into a sequenced technical roadmap
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping production software, with 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role
- Demonstrated ownership of production mobile applications on iOS and Android using React Native or a comparable framework
- Proven experience integrating with ERP and enterprise systems of record
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences is preferred
