Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Asset Management Analyst for a 12-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain software inventory and license records using SAM tools
• Coordinate software request workflows and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Generate reports on software usage and compliance status to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software asset management, IT operations, or business analysis
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow)
• Experience with asset lifecycle processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
• No degree required
