Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze software license data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize license utilization
Conduct regular software inventory and usage analyses to maintain accurate asset records
Develop, implement, and maintain SAM policies, procedures, and best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) and ServiceNow
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant certifications
