Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Asset Management Analyst - ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software licenses for major publishers and perform compliance audits
• Define and document SAM processes and create process diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• Collaborate with various teams to align software usage with policies and drive automation within ServiceNow SAM Pro

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Software Asset Management and ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, including License Workbench and reporting
• Knowledge of publisher license models and audit processes
• Proficiency in process documentation and advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in lieu of degree
