Software Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for SAM operations
• Monitor software utilization, license compliance, and procurement analytics
• Generate Effective License Position (ELP) reports and audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT asset reporting roles
• Expertise in ServiceNow SAM Workspace dashboards, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong skills with SQL, Excel, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics
• Certified Software Asset Management (CSAM) certification or equivalent is preferred
