Key Responsibilities

Support projects to enhance and audit the Software Asset Management (SAM) program
Maintain databases of software assets, licenses, and compliance metrics
Track software compliance issues and prepare audit documentation

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
Experience writing ITAM standards and processes
Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro / SAM Pro
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
