Software Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer III, Software Assurance - Product Security (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess risk and provide security guidance on systems and software implementations
• Design and implement tools and processes to secure and monitor software build pipelines
• Manage cross-cutting projects to enhance internal systems against active and emerging threats

Required Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting security systems
• Proficiency in securing configurations of Linux or Unix-like systems
• Knowledge of networking, software development lifecycle, and secure coding practices
• Experience with CICD pipelines and associated tools
• Familiarity with TLS best practices and public/private key infrastructure
