Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Builder will own the architectural integrity of AI-built products, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability while collaborating closely with a non-technical Founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architectural integrity of the product and ensure it meets reliability and security standards
• Direct and verify AI-generated code, maintaining quality and scalability throughout the development process
• Translate product intent into actionable development tasks while partnering with the Pod Founder

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production software with a focus on reliability and security
• Strong senior engineering judgment with the ability to direct and verify high volumes of AI output
• Fluency or rapidly developing fluency in AI-assisted development tools
• Comfort in owning security and scalability without relying on a platform team
• A product mindset focused on delivering functional solutions for customers
