Job Summary

Owning the architectural integrity of the product, the full-time remote Software Builder will ensure code quality, security, and scalability while collaborating closely with a non-technical Pod Founder to deliver AI-built products that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the architectural integrity of the product and take responsibility for its reliability and security
• Direct and verify AI-generated code, making decisions on what is safe to ship and what requires further scrutiny
• Collaborate with the Pod Founder to translate product intent into actionable development tasks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production software with a focus on reliability and security
• Demonstrated senior engineering judgment, particularly in directing AI output
• Fluency or rapidly developing fluency with AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to own security and scalability without reliance on a platform team
• A strong product mindset, emphasizing functionality for the customer over mere compilation
