Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document software requirements
• Develop process flows, user stories, and use cases to define software functionality
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in developing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data analysis tools
• Experience with user acceptance testing and software implementation projects
