Software Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Business Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the conduit between customers and the software development team through requirements gathering
• Verify operational readiness and accuracy of software cases developed for mid-level to high-level projects
• Work closely with stakeholders to document new feature requests and bug reports with supervision

Required Qualifications

• Desired Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable degree, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
• Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or a related field
• Knowledge of computers and applications such as MS Word, Excel, Jira, and Postman
• Experience working in SaaS software design or development
