Software Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Software Business Analyst will provide software application support for NIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (NEAT), focusing on operational assessments, strategy definition, and collaboration with stakeholders to enhance IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the operational and functional baseline of the organization and its components
• Define the direction and strategy for engagements while addressing organizational needs
• Collaborate with NIAID staff to capture business needs and define solution concepts

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Health IT software development initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
• Experience configuring and implementing COTS clinical software applications
• Proven experience in transitioning organizations toward modernized business processes
