Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Software Customer Support Specialist will assist campground and resort staff with software inquiries during scheduled support hours, becoming an expert in the reservation software and providing assistance via phone, email, and remote desktop demonstrations.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inbound questions related to the reservation software through various communication channels
  • Provide remote support and demonstrations to campground management and staff
  • Work within a defined shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays, to support customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Availability to work specified weekend and evening shifts
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Experience in the recreation, hospitality, or tourism industry
  • Technical proficiency with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
