Software Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Digital Launchpad team, the contract Software Data Engineer will design and implement enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry applications, build high-performance data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Palantir Foundry applications that deliver operational value end-to-end
• Model enterprise Ontology artifacts to represent business entities and workflows
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Python/PySpark within Foundry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in full-stack software development
• 3+ years of experience with C/C++ coding or Java/Python script development
• 2+ years of experience with taxonomy and ontology development
• 3+ years of experience in web-based development, leveraging ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
