Software Database Engineer

Job Summary

To support the delivery of customer experience solutions, the full-time Software Database Engineer will design, develop, and administer databases and web applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and administer databases that support analytics and runtime applications, as well as web applications for IVR and call center software
• Write and maintain SQL for configuration changes and application enhancements, and participate in the integration of call center analytics systems
• Integrate components engineered for the cloud and stateful IVR applications

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA)
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, Aurora DB, Redshift)
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud-based database development and tools like Flyway or Liquibase
