Key Responsibilities

• Owns on-time, on-budget delivery for complex projects, facilitating scrums and managing risks
• Optimizes team velocity and business value while guiding feature design and prioritization
• Leads successful releases across projects or programs, managing roadmaps, budgets, and client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, and project tracking
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor others
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
