Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of their complex Title Production System.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end technical delivery, defining roadmaps and ensuring timely resolution of risks
Ensure architectural consistency and provide strategic input on performance optimization and technical standards
Drive Agile adoption, facilitating sprint planning and maintaining clear communication among teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
Strong technical understanding of Java, MS SQL Server, Hibernate, and Spring Boot
Experience with modern web technologies such as Angular or React
Proven track record of leading large-scale product deliveries in a fast-paced environment
