Software Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to ensure high performance
• Oversee the project intake process, including requirements gathering and project scoping
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, or Agile leadership roles
• Proven track record managing teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or SAFe are highly desirable
