Software Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the WAMS Services team, the full-time remote Software Delivery Manager will oversee enterprise software deployment, manage project execution, and optimize delivery processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploying enterprise software and managing software configuration and operational testing
• Identifying and resolving software and IT issues during deployment projects
• Optimizing the software delivery process in collaboration with DevOps teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Networking, Software Development, or related field, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering enterprise software
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructures, including High-Performance Storage Systems and OS/VM environments
• Experience in project execution control and building effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Familiarity with Wide Area Monitoring Systems (WAMS) or related energy management systems is desirable
