Software Deployment Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Deployment Lead to oversee enterprise-wide deployment planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise deployment strategy, sequencing, and prioritization across Services
• Coordinate planning and execution through recurring deployment huddles and integrated sessions
• Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software deployments or program delivery in complex environments
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end deployments, including planning and execution
• Experience working with military organizations or federal programs is strongly preferred
• Proven program and project management skills managing schedules and dependencies
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
