Software Deployment Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Deployment Lead to coordinate and execute deployments of operational medical systems across the Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor counterpart to Government Deployment Leadership, aligning on deployment strategy and prioritization
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align cross-service priorities and provide oversight to Service Deployment Leads
• Maintain the integrated master schedule, track deployment progress, and ensure successful system adoption in operational environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software deployments, system implementation, or program delivery in complex environments
• Experience with end-to-end deployments, including planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment
• Familiarity with military organizations, defense civilians, or federal programs is preferred
• Strong program and project management skills, including managing competing priorities and schedules
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and organizations for deployment alignment and execution
