Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer to join their team remotely in the United States on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy operational software for generating new datasets, products, services, and reports
Incorporate IT requirements into operational software and new releases
Manage software using source code tools and maintain requisite documentation

Required Qualifications:

Experience with the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment
Experience in the development and maintenance of scientific operational software
Proficiency in programming languages such as Oracle/APEX, Groovy, Java/Javascript, React, Spring, ArcGIS, Fortran, and Python
Ability to communicate effectively with a geographically dispersed team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
