Job Summary

A company is looking for a RMM/MDM Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable integrations between internal systems and RMM platforms to manage Apple devices
• Build infrastructure-as-code and automation for device provisioning, monitoring, configuration, and patching
• Lead technical initiatives for compliance enforcement and MDM policy enforcement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including Shell scripting and Java backend systems
• Proven experience managing and integrating with Apple-focused RMM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, Addigy)
• Deep knowledge of Apple MDM technologies and enterprise-scale deployments
• Strong experience with REST APIs and secure data handling
• Comfortable in DevOps environments, including source control and CI/CD pipelines
