Job Summary

A company is looking for a Generalist Software Programmer to join their team on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a cross-disciplinary team of artists and designers to accelerate delivery of their work
• Deliver features crossing UI, gameplay, and engine systems
• Identify missing systems required to support the team and propose solutions to the team's technical director

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game development in C++
• 3+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Shipped multiple multi-platform games on consoles with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Experience building ARPG and/or shooters (nice to have)
• Experience re-architecturing and nativizing existing blueprint systems (nice to have)
