Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Smartsheet dashboards to track program deliverables, KPIs, milestones, and risks
• Develop reporting structures that consolidate data across multiple sheets, workspaces, and programs
• Create and optimize automated workflows, including alerts, updates, and approval structures

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with Smartsheet development, dashboards, and reporting
• Proficiency with dashboard widgets, summary fields, and sheet/report formulas
• Experience administering Smartsheet workspaces, permissions, and sharing settings
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions
• Experience troubleshooting sheet formulas, data issues, and workflow breakdowns
