Software Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Developer responsible for providing expert-level technical support across multiple products.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Client Success team and end clients
- Debug and troubleshoot high-performance and secure RESTful web services and web/mobile applications
- Coordinate incident response and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to improve product reliability
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or related technical roles
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript technologies and frontend frameworks
- AWS Certified Developer/Solution Architect is a big advantage
- Experience with database troubleshooting and performance
- Strong understanding of microservices and container orchestration platforms
