Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow functionalities to enhance operational efficiency
Create and manage complex workflows, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
Support platform stability and performance through customization and configuration changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 14 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 12 years, or Doctorate/JD with 9 years
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one
Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow platform capabilities
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience in Agile/Scrum environments
