Job Summary

Supporting the Federal Aviation Agency's modernization efforts, the full-time Software Developer will utilize SQL to develop software applications and cloud solutions, enhancing data integration and analysis for the National Airspace System.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software applications and cloud solutions for existing databases, focusing on data transformation and integration
• Provide technical support for lifecycle system design and analysis, ensuring modular integration of systems
• Create and maintain system and software design documents, including process flow diagrams, in an agile development environment

Required qualifications

• BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years, or equivalent related work experience
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Nifi development tools
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket for software configuration management
• Experience developing system and software design documents
• Knowledge of agile/scrum software development practices
