Job Summary

To enhance user experiences, the remote Software Developer will write performance rendering code for low-spec devices, build innovative product features, and improve video playback across platforms while collaborating with product and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize code for video playback and user interface components
• Build infrastructure for staging and production, ensuring system availability and performance
• Investigate and design machine learning data pipelines to enhance data quality for user experience improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Three years of experience in software development or a related occupation
• Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Typescript
• Experience developing Content Management System features and APIs
• Familiarity with open-source UI development and browser internals
