Job Summary

To contribute to innovative Human Capital Management solutions, the full-time Software Developer will design, develop, and support Workforce Management applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyze, prototype, develop, test, deploy, and support Workforce Management solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering partners to deliver high-quality product functionality
• Participate in architecture discussions and conduct peer code reviews to uphold engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing software using C#/.NET, including async/await and LINQ
• Experience with modern .NET technologies (e.g., .NET 6, 7, or 8) and building production user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Strong SQL Server skills including indexing, query optimization, and transaction management
• Experience with Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for application deployment
