Software Developer
Job Summary
Providing expert-level technical support, the remote Software Developer will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Client Success team and end clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues in web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert and effective communicator, driving consensus and developing solutions across teams
- Debug and troubleshoot high-performance RESTful web services and resolve complex technical issues
- Coordinate incident response and collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to enhance product reliability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or related technical roles
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript technologies and frontend frameworks
- AWS Certified Developer/Solution Architect is a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and container technologies
- Experience working directly with clients and Client Success teams
