Software Developer (DoD Skillbridge)

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer (DoD Skillbridge) who will develop and maintain a software platform that enables utility customers to visualize operational, reliability, risk, and environmental data while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize data integration skills to design and implement connections between various data sources, including IoT devices
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user interfaces for monitoring and controlling electrical grids
• Architect and develop the platform for scalability and reliability, ensuring high performance under demanding conditions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in software development, focusing on data integration and/or user interface design
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
