Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer I (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to discussions with product owners and agile team members to understand business requirements
• Participate in the system development life cycle, including coding, testing, and implementation efforts
• Document and communicate project/task progress with the agile team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of related experience
• On-the-job training is recognized
• Work experience in Property Casualty or Specialty Insurance is a plus
