Software Developer II
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Developer II will perform routine and complex programming tasks, troubleshoot support issues, and contribute to technical designs while collaborating with team members.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot support issues of a proprietary case management system and perform complex coding and debugging of applications
- Write code that adheres to established standards and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and performance
- Research and apply findings to own code while contributing to team objectives and attending design meetings as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development in a business environment, including web development and web services
- Proficient with programming languages and tools relevant to the team's projects
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Design concepts and development patterns
- Experience conducting code reviews for performance, standards, and quality
