Key Responsibilities

• Develops, codes, and unit tests design solutions while mentoring entry-level engineers
• Leads the writing and reviewing of software functional specifications and design reviews
• Participates in project leadership roles and contributes to organizational goals and budgeting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in software development
• Thorough knowledge of business principles and technology
• Experience with physical database structures and relational database concepts
• Ability to provide third-tier support as needed
