Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, edit, modify, and debug computer programs
• Mentor junior team members and participate in agile scrum meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional development experience, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficient in Python and experienced with PostgreSQL or another relational database
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-based applications using AWS
• Ability to lead small teams and collaborate effectively across departments
